Wedding Registry
As most of you would know, we are not just "moving out of home", and with Catherine moving in to Anthony's place, we have a fair few toasters, vases, popcorn makers etc.
As a result many people have asked us what we want for wedding presents. Well to help everyone out we created an online wedding registry. The advantage of the online registry is you can browse through and work out what you want to get, and then you can get it from wherever you would prefer to buy it. That way if you see it on special, or want to use a voucher, or anything like that, you are free to do so.
Most of the wedding presents are bits and pieces for the new house we are building. Some are a bit more expensive and might need a few people to get together. We also have a fair few things we need more than one of. If you choose to get any of these, you don't have to purchase the whole quantity, and when you choose the item, the web site will ask you how many of those items you want to get. (although if you want to get the whole lot, feel free)
When you first access the registry, you will reach a login page. The invitation you received has a temporary username and password. Enter those to start with and you will be asked to enter your real details and to choose a username and password. This is so you can go back to the wedding register later if you change your mind about what you want to get. You will also be able to use this login for the Blog when it is up and running.
Alternatively we have also arranged to have a wishing tree at the reception with the money going towards a dining setting for Anthony and Catherine's new home.
